CORPORATION POLICIES

Relaxed Atmosphere: Real-life comes first. We understand that members may have jobs, families, and other obligations. Respect and Support: Treat all members and allies with respect. Help others learn and grow in PvP, PvE, and industry. Contribution and Engagement: While there's no strict activity requirement, contributing to corp goals (fleets, mining ops, industry projects) helps everyone thrive. 


Participation: PvP is encouraged but not mandatory. Join when you can to help defend territory and participate in roams. Target Choice: Focus on enemies of the corp/alliance or sanctioned targets only. Loss Reimbursement: TEAR5 offers partial reimbursement for certain ship losses incurred during corp/alliance ops (based on available funds). 


Fleets: PvE fleets are regularly organized for ratting, mining, and exploration. Fleet up when possible to benefit from corp boosts and increased security. Industry Ops: Members are encouraged to use corp facilities for production and contribute to corp projects. Profit Sharing: All members keep their individual PvE/industry profits. Contributions to the corp wallet are appreciated but not required. 


Comms: Discord is our primary communication platform. Stay active on Discord for announcements, ping alerts, and discussions. Absences: If you need to take a break, let a corp officer know. There’s no penalty for extended absence if notified. 


Zero Tolerance for Toxicity: Discrimination, harassment, or toxic behavior is not tolerated. We aim to keep TEAR5 a safe and inclusive space. Respect Corporation Assets: Access to corp assets (POS facilities, hangars) should be respected. Unauthorized access or tampering will lead to disciplinary action. Spy and Sabotage Protocol: Any attempts at espionage or sabotage will result in immediate expulsion and blacklisting. 


Recruitment Requirements: Open to all skill levels. However, a willingness to learn and contribute to the corp is expected. Mentorship: Newer members are paired with a mentor to help them adjust to null-sec life and corp activities. Probation Period: New members undergo a short probation period to ensure they fit the corp culture and values.
